Humble beginnings 

In the basement of Tim's house, Aela grew to be one of the most sought after small venue bands in suburban Indianapolis. From the very first show to now, Aela delivers a combination of musical favorites to arrangements never played by cover bands. Aela's unique capability of bringing a large show environment to smaller clubs, allowed for an intimate experience with a concert flavor. More than a band, a group of friends that expresses their friendship through music. From here to everywhere...

It's not about the band...

 We found the music was a driving force that brought us together. More importantly, we found the music only to be tangential to the bond that was formed. Band second, friends first (except when we're fighting.)
